Team staff clinic reimbursement



Any team staff member that requires a clinic for their team position, can be reimbursed for the clinic as long as the following has been met:


  • The clinic is a requirement for your position (any clinic that is not a requirement will not be reimbursed).
  • The clinic must be completed in full (please do not request reimbursement until you have completed the clinic in its entirety).
  • If you have more than 1 clinic, please request reimbursement for all at the same time.
  • Email the proof of purchase receipt(s) to along with your e- transfer info and we will e transfer you the reimbursement.

No reimbursement will be given after April 15th of the season in which the clinic was taken.

Please note, KMHA does not reimburse  for Police Checks.
