Any team opening a team bank account will require 3 signing officers(none from the same family).
Process
Contact the bank of your choice to make an appointment to open a team bank account
Complete the authorization letter (manager or coach to complete)- see the attached info and authorization letter
Email completed form for authorization to info@kmha.ca When authorized it will be emailed back to you
Email or take in person the authorization letter to the bank
All team accounts must be closed at the end of the season and not carried forward.
