Registration for “NEW” Players does not commence until July 11th
Please do not submit your registration application and documentation to our Registrar now. We will NOT have it look at or process until July 11th at the earliest. Do not try to register online until you read and complete all the following first
You will not use the online registration system to register at this time, first you will contact the registrar with the following information
To register a new player email the following to registrar@kmha.ca
- A Completed Registration Information form Click Here Registration Information Doc
- A copy of 2 of the following:
- Proof of Birth (birth certificate, passport, statement of live birth); and
- Proof of Residence (redacted lease or purchase agreement, hydro or other utility bills, etc.)
All documents are required must be emailed at the same time to be considered complete.
Once received our registrar will review all information, if the registrar confirms all information is accurate an email will be sent to you that will include step by step instructions on registering your player online and process your payment in full by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit.
VERY IMPORTANT TO ALL NEW PLAYERS AND GOALIES PARENTS – Mandatory to complete Parent Respect in Sport by September 1st
1 Parent from every family is required to take the mandatory online “Parent respect in Sport” -The cost is $12.00 prior to their child taking their first ice time. Click here for the online course
If you do not complete the mandatory Parent Respect In Sport your Child will not be able to be added to a team Roster and will not be allowed on the ice until you complete in full.
