Date: April 23 2025 The following Board of Director Positions are up for election for the 2025/26 season; 1- President (2-year term) 2- Vice President Operations (2-year term) 3- Vice President House League (2-year term) 4- Treasurer (1 year term, due to the position remaining vacant during the 2024/25 season, this is typically a 2-year term position) 5- Directors’ At-Large (2) (both are 1-year terms) You may find the qualifications and job descriptions for the above positions here https://kmha.ca/bylaws/ If you would like to submit your name for election for one of the above Board of Director positions, you may do so by submitting your name via email to the General Manager at info@kmha.ca by no later than March 17, 2025 11:59 pm. Please indicate the position which are interested. Please Note: No Nominations shall be permitted from the floor during the AGM as per bylaws 10.1vii(b) Other Business: If you have a proposal you would like to submit for consideration (as new business) at the AGM, you may do so in writing.
