Kanata Minor Hockey Association Annual General Meeting 2022/23

The following Board of Director Positions are up for election for the 2023/2024 season.
1- President (2-year term)
2- Vice President Operations (2-year term)
3- Vice President Communication (1-year term)
4- Directors’ At-Large (2) (both are 1-year terms)
1-portfolio for Director at Large – Risk and Safety
1-portfolio for Director at Large- Officials/AAA/AA/A/B Rep

If you would like to submit your name for one of the above Board of Directors positions , you must do so in writing by emailing your full name and Board position for which you are interested in to info@kmha.ca by no later than March 15, 2023 11:59 pm.
Please Note: No Nominations shall be permitted from the floor during the AGM as per bylaws 10.1vii(b)
Other Business: If you have a proposal you would like to submit for consideration (as new business) at the AGM, you may do so in writing. Please email your proposal to info@kmha.ca by the end of the day March 15, 2023.11:59 pm. It is important to note: this would be a proposal for Bylaw change, not Policy and Procedure change. For reference’s sake see Bylaw 10.01 vii (c), also note vii (d)(i-vi).
As a reminder, you must be a member of KMHA in order to attend and vote in the Annual General meeting. Membership is defined in Bylaw -SECTION 9 – MEMBERSHIP 9.01 Class and Conditions of Membership.
