Hello KMHA parents,
Thank you for registering for the upcoming hockey season. We look forward to seeing everyone at the rinks soon.
We would like to share some important information with our House League participants as we prepare for the upcoming season. Additional information will be sent from your Convenors following the close of registration. This communication will be received later than previous years due to the extended registration dates as a result of COVID-19 impacts.
Please review the information below related to Sort-outs and Volunteer requests. Please note that we are currently seeking volunteers at all levels. Without the help of our dedicated volunteers, minor hockey is not possible. Thank you to all of those who have already registered to assist. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your Convenor for assistance.
Please ensure your player has full equipment and sharpened skates for all pre skate and sort out sessions. If you are new to hockey, we strongly encourage you to visit the KMHA website for details on mandatory equipment. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out to your convenor, they will be happy to help answer any questions. Players will not be permitted on the ice without complete mandatory equipment. https://kmha.ca/registration-faqs/

Providing your willingness to help your child’s team will allow Convenors to share the help between teams when possible and ensure all of our players are well supported.
URGENT NEED- U9 CONVENOR
There is an urgent need for a U9 Convenor to start the season. If it’s a role that may be of interest to you, please reach out to the House League Coordinators with any questions and to discuss the role. We can be reached via email at email@example.com or complete the Committee Member registration form (https://forms.gle/EGWXosGtfecxVXdD8) and they will be in touch. This position is a great way to get involved and help make minor hockey a reality for our young players. If this is a role you would be new to we are here to provide support and guidance.
