ODMHA mouth guard rule.
The ODMHA has now replaced its mandatory mouth guard rule for all players in the Ottawa area. Where it previously stated that mouth guards were mandatory during all on ice activities, the word mandatory has now been replaced with recommended.
Therefore, effective Immediately, mouth guards are no longer a required piece of equipment. The decision is now yours regarding the use of mouth guards
